Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.

But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
If a woman prays or prophesys with her head uncovered it is the same as if she had a shaved head.
Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
I know we all agree that long hair on a man is wrong but it is beautiful and God honoring on a woman. A woman should have long hair, just as a woman should have a covering. She needs both. Paul is simply making a comparison here, not calling the hair THE covering

1) a covering thrown around, a wrapper
One is thrown around and one is hanging down. Not the same thing!
We are never told not to do this any longer. There is never a statement that says stop doing this after.....So I believe we are to still do it.
I wear one all the time, not just at church, because I wear my hair all the time and the covering is referred to as being the same in theory as hair.
It is not just for the Corinthians!

See- it says to ALL IN EVERY PLACE, not just the Corinthians.
If you don't feel convicted to wear a headcovering, do you feel convicted to obey the speed limits or do you obey them because you are told to? Just asking.
